Hello, thank you for allowing me the opportunity to introduce myself to you. I am a wife of more than twenty-five years and a mother of three children with a B.S. in Psychology and Christian Counseling and an M.A. in Professional Counseling. I believe that God has called me to this ministry of helping others, but I understand that I am only a vessel; a vessel that God is ready to pour grace, love, and healing through for you! The story of your life can be lived with purpose, hope, and even joy. God is ready for you to see the beautiful things He is doing and how He will work things for good. I look forward to pointing these things out as your fellow travel companion.
As an LPC-A, my training has provided me with a strong understanding of what it means to integrate mind, body, spirit, and community to help individuals, couples, families, children, and groups. I have experience working with presenting problems such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, marital conflict, grief/loss, emotional regulation, coping skills, parenting skills, self-esteem, crisis intervention, and trauma.
